ICHAEL EAL  UTMAN

After Graduating Medical School Dr. Rutman

did a three- year Medical Residency in Internal Medicine,

during which he worked at several prominent Hospitals

and Clinics in the Detroit area. He received advanced

training in the management of complex and simple            

medical disorders. Internal Medicine specialists do

not deliver babies or see children.

Dr. Rutman has been an adult primary care specialist

in Encinitas and La Jolla for the last twenty years. He

enjoys attending privileges at both Scripps Encinitas

                         and Scripps La Jolla Hospitals.

CHILDREN: 3 AGES 13, 18, AND 20
