When making your appointment please indicate which office you would like to visit (Vista or La Jolla). To better accommodate you we would appreciate you making an appointment if you need lab work, injections or paper-work completed. It is very important that you be on time for your appointment so that we can stay on schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, or are going to be late, please call the office. If you must cancel your appointment we request a minimum of 24-hour’s notice so that other patients can be seen. If we do not receive your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you may be charged for an office visit. If a same-day appointment is needed, please call the office as early as possible. If a walk-in appointment is needed, we will make every effort to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that these appointments may require a longer waiting time upon arrival. Patients scheduling physicals, surgical procedures, female exams, and ultra-sounds should be aware that more time is allocated for these procedures. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment please try to do so more than 24-hours in advance. |
